Tom is the President of Bindley Capital (BCP). Tom is responsible for the day-to-day operations of BCP. BCP was formed in 2001 to manage the capital of William E. Bindley and a concentrated select group of other individuals and institutions. A majority of Bindley Capital’s assets are derived from the liquidity events of Bindley Western, a pharmaceutical distribution company that was sold to Cardinal Health for $2.3 billion and Priority Healthcare sold to Express Scripts for $1.3 billion. Previously, Tom was a principal at Frontenac Company, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he executed acquisitions of and investments in private companies in a range of industries. Prior to Frontenac, Tom worked in investment banking at Bear Stearns and also worked in the strategic planning department of DreamWorks SKG during its start-up phase. Tom is a graduate of Harvard College and received his master’s degree in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
