Keith Koeneman is a Senior Advisor for Sheridan Road Capital. Keith started his career at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and his professional experience spans private equity, corporate development and corporate law. Prior to founding Kingsman Capital, Keith’s professional experience included senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Dresner Partners, Divine Interventures and Banc of America Securities. Keith’s responsibilities included sourcing, negotiating and closing engagements, as well as assisting management teams in growing their companies internally and through acquisitions. He also has practiced law at Katten Muchin Rosenmann LLP. He is a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Association for Corporate Growth, the CEO Roundtable of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Chicago Private Equity Network, Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries, the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Keith has received an M.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, an M.P.A. from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and his B.A. cum laude from Carleton College.
