Vicki is a Vice President with Sheridan Road Capital. She provides training activities as well as deal structuring work for the firm’s investment banking clients. Prior to joining Sheridan Road, Vicki held several positions at Harris Trust and Savings Bank. Vicki focuses on evaluating the financial performance of commercial borrowers as well as assigning a risk rating to each borrower in order to assist Sheridan Road’s clients on complying with capital requirements. She spent twelve years gaining experience in utilizing financial analysis skills which included financial statement and cash flow evaluation as well as pro forma and projection modeling. Vicki received her B.S. in Finance with honors from University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and her M.B.A. with distinction, emphasis in Finance, from DePaul University.
